CONSULTATIONS:
Some of our TREATMENTS/PROCEDURES will require an initial consultation whether it’s in-person or over-the-phone, there’s a fee of $35 for in-person consultations at the time of booking, should you proceed with a chosen treatment/procedure we will apply this charge at the end of your service. Over-the-phone/email/text consultations are free of charge. Patch tests are required for all advanced treatments including paramedical tattooing and fees are based on treatment selected, please see price list for pricing. Patch test fees are non-refundable and DOES NOT go towards any chosen treatment/procedure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any DEPOSITS collected at the time of booking to secure your appointment are NON REFUNDABLE; however, the deposit IS transferable to reschedule your appointment so long as we are given a minimum of 72 hours notice.  It is NON TRANSFERABLE to another person, that being said, under some circumstances it may be transferred to another person subject to approval.

Regular cancellation | Grace Period | No-Shows | Clients are given a 15 minute grace period. After this allowable time you will be marked as
NO-SHOW and WILL BE CHARGED a $25 no-show fee on your next appointment. Clients who arrives over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment. For regular appointments, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please call or text us as soon as possible.

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are not available for services rendered. Most services require more than one treatment for continued improvement and each individual is unique. Therefore, only an approximation can be made to determine the number of treatments necessary to improve/correct a particular skin condition, and there are no guarantees.
 
Referral credits are non-transferrable, have no cash value and are valid for 12 months from the date received. These credits are valid for ANY services and CAN be applied to product purchases.
 
Gift cards are NOT refundable and must be used towards our services or products.
 
PRE-PURCHASED PROMOTIONS are NOT refundable and must be redeemed within 12 MONTHS of purchase, or regular pricing will apply. *This includes promotion discounts/any discounts and packages applied at sale of purchase is deemed non-refundable.
 
Regular priced pre-purchased treatments are refundable up to 3 MONTHS after purchase and are subject to a 25% refund fee. After 3 MONTHS there are no refunds, but any unused treatments will be honoured or credited towards other treatments. Additional charges may apply due to pricing increases.
